📦 Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed.
• Our standard delivery time is approximately 3–4 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🚚 Courier Delays

We always do our best to make sure your order reaches you within the estimated delivery time. However, once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, K-BEAUTY cannot control delays caused by the courier company.

If your order takes longer than the estimated 3–4 working days, please be patient, as the courier may be experiencing unexpected delays or delivery issues.

Please note: A delay beyond the estimated delivery time does not necessarily mean that your order is lost. We kindly request that you allow additional time for the courier to complete the delivery.

If your tracking information has not updated for a while or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before completing your order.

K-BEAUTY is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and provide photographs of the package and products.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can help you investigate the issue with the courier.
